Noise coming from floor board

My 03 has a Noise coming from floor board and a vibration under the drivers floor board it also makes strange rattling type noise like there is slack in the front drive line with my truck on the ground and in 2wd I got out and checked all of the driveshaft’s they all appear tight however the front diff has about a 1/8 of a turn of play in it like the ring and pinion are out of adjustment or the spider gears?

take the front driveshaft rite off, mine was making weird noises and vibrating and its the bearing in the middle off the joint where the 2 ujoints meet, its a stupid needle bearing setup and is hard to get at,my noise and vibration were gone when i took the shaft off,i replaced the stupid torx bolts with normal grade 8 bolts so it can be removed easier,i take it off for summer use anyway, maybe better milage, less moving parts???

I just developed the same symptoms on my truck within the last week. All front end parts including both drive shafts were rebuils last August.
Any Ideas?
