no boost I think
I was driving my truck yesterday
and it all of a sudden lost all its power, ant real sure but it seems to have lost the boost. I would think its the wastegate but I really dont know that much about diesel's I already had to put a metal intercooler on it and I cant tell its leaking air anywhere. has anybody had any of these problems?

i don't think it would be the WG... if the diaphragm in the WG actuator housing fails, it will prevent the gate from opening letting you overboost [spring closed, pressure opened]
any codes?
could be a charge air tube boot slipped off or ruptured???

No codes and I don't think it is a ruptured boot. I took it to a dealer and they said that it is probably the turbo or a gasket in the turbo don't know
