New Smarty downloads today? what changed

so i see on mad's page they have updated versions of the TNT and REVO porograms

any info on what changed between v55 and the one on there which looks to be v57?

does it address some of the 305/555 WOT timing popping issues that some of us are having.

Still for the most part stuck with 4.11 for best mileage least amount of smoke. found i could get away with TNT TQ stock SW 3 with timing on 3 and pressure on mild with great results no smoke not draining rail but it still pops just a hair at WOT above 2600 rpm. been hesitant to go back to REVO the surging and buck as well as the popping was pretty crazy popping was from 2200 rpm on no matter what. tried dialing back the timing with toner ring and no luck

any feed back from anyone on this before i try downloading them?

I read on another site that it was because of a Dodge software change. Nothing changed on the SW's. It would be nice though if the popping was addressed soon.

I heard the low end over fueling was fixed. So if you were having problems with building boost on the line then this should have fixed that problem.

I too am interested in details in what was changed in the Nov 14/08 updates.

Especially the changes for the 2004.5 regular Revo for the S06 programmer.

Me too, whats the diff? I know they just went through a serious tuning fest at Browns Diesel so I would expect some changes.

This update only includes the newest chrysler updates for the 2006 and 2007 trucks.

What are these "updates?" So, does the Smarty install files as updates to do something new, or just make the Smarty compatible with new programs from Chrysler in case someone takes their rig in and gets reflashed. I'm no too concerned, I'm just checking to see what changes are being updated.

BTW, Bob I PM'd you for my old original S06 program: v: 4.06D D: 2.08A. Any chance you have that available? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Hey Bob, can you post a list of power levels for the Revo TNT programs. The only thing I've ever seen posted is that it starts at 100 HP and goes up to 230. On the Revo 0 is half power, #1 is 30 HP no additional timing, #2 and 3 are 60 without and with additional timing and #8 and #9 are additional power only on 04.5 and up.
If TNT starts at 100 HP with additional timing is #2 100 HP without timing? It looks like the different power levels start on the even numbered programs on the Revo and odd numbered ones on the TNT? I know actual power levels will vary with other supporting mods but I would love to see a list of theoretical power levels for the different software numbers.

Bob I thought he fixed some of the low end overfueling. I know my truck does not smoke half as bad as it did before the update.

I updated today. Smoke is way less at the low end, but top end feels much weaker. When I run SW8, It feels like only SW4 was with 4.14.

I'm gonna try 4.4 now.
