New Hood
All right wrecked my tuck the other night and gonna need a bunch of new stuff. New grill, bumber, hood, fenders, and drivers door. I was thinking about trying to look at this in a good way. I think the SS hood at the bottom of the page would look awesome and while I am pulling have 2 blue neons in the 2 holes to look like eyes. http://www.abcexclusive.com/dodge_01_main.htm. What do you all think? I don't want an SRT 10 hood because everybody has got one and have never seen this on a truck around here. Top it off with some blue cab lights and it would look pretty cool.

blue lights
i've had blue lights on my 02 since new when i couldn't find any clear cab lights. apc made them for the ford and i put them on the dodge i've never been stopped in ohio with them. others have them also it all depends how the law inforcement is where you live.

i personally don't like 'glass hoods but that is just my experience after putting a Cervini's hood on my old '93 Bronco. If i were doing anything different than a stock hood, it would be an SRT-10 hood. Factory fit, factory finish.

I have a friend that is a truck driver and his truck was an awesome show truck. He put some blue lights underneath the whole tractor for when he was at shows and he got a big ticket for having them on there. He was told yellow up front and red in the back. Anything else is illegal.
As you said though it's really up to the local law enforcement to enforce that law....

I'd like to have the Suncoast hood. It's a tad pricey however.

Thats how I ended up with my aftermarket hood and grill by the way. And shortly there after I built the pre-runner bar to keep em at bay the next time.
