Need a clutch, Any suggestions???

Ok, the stock clutch is on its last leg and i need a new clutch. I want something that will hold a good amount of hp(650-700) maybe. Dont plan on doin a alot of sled pulling maybe 4 times a year, but i need a clutch that i can tow with and still hook to the sled when i want to. Any suggestions???

Haisley has a great clutch as well as southbend its what the cost factor for you is. IMO both very good clutches.

I have had both and i prefer the Haisley over the SB. Haisley seemed to hold up to the abuse better.

My cliche vote goes for south bend, I had one in my old 12 valve and loved it, awesome clutch, and it survived many abusive miles.
Havent had one in a 3rd gen to comment though...

I do 3rd gear launches at the track with my 3600. holds great. have sled pulled 4 times in 4low with it and it's still holding. wish it was a sprung hub though

I love my Haisley Street Drag. Great for street, towing, quick shifts. It will hold a lot of power but limited sled pulls.

I have a solid hub 3850 12 cb And it kicks ***. A friend of mine killed his haisley pretty quick But they did rebuild it for him fairly cheap. My clutch has 6 pulls on it in 4th 4low, And a lot of boosted launches and every thing is flawless. OH AN I DO TOW A SKID (LX985) FROM TIME TO TIME
