My Quad mileage test...
For the last three weeks I have been testing which settings give me the best mileage. I drove one week on each setting and had no highway miles but there are a few sections of road where I may travel at 55 MPH for a few miles. I also made myself sit in some traffic a couple times each week. My results are:
Quad turned off 14.7 mpg
30hp setting 15.3 mpg
60hp setting 15.7 mpg
I haven't tried the 100hp setting for any extended period of time. My overhead reads about 2.5 mpg high all the time with the Quad box plugged in even if it's off. Somehow it reads pretty close if I have no fueling box plugged in.

MY 60hp setting nets me 1.5 mpg, making my milage about 17.5 or so. The overhead says 22.4mpg avg w/ my quad hooked up, it was on the money w/ only the smarty. My heavy foot doesn't allow me to test the 100 and 140hp settings

My mileage is similar to yours Dodgezilla. I have not used the 100 setting either. It doesn't take much right foot action to drop that down a little too.
I just turned 12K, so I am hoping it gets better with age, really hoping. I like the performance, really smooth, I still have the timing rattle, not sure I like that, and may send back the module to reduce the timing some or eliminate it all together.

I just ran 808 miles to colorado and back running 80 most of the trip and netted a whoppin 19.94 MPG calculated. The overhead read 22.6 the whole trip. I am running the smarty on #5. Nice to see good #'s on these trucks. My buddy has a 06 Furd that wont go over 15mpg at all!!!

19 is OK but my 03 got up to 23-24 if I was really easy on the accelerator. Heck, the 03 got 13-14 while towing 10,000lb around!! I got 11 mpg a couple weeks ago pulling the trailer and I'm heading out in the morning towards Picayune, Ms pulling the trailer...
