I just put the MBRP system on today. I used the resonator because of all the stories I heard about the drone. All I can say is I have absolutly no drone at any speed up to 100 MPH. The system is actually alot quieter than I expected. It's just barely louder than stock. It does have a nice deep rumble. I was afraid I was going to get that fart can sound that everyone talk's about, but it's nothing like that at all. I will say this how ever, If you're wanting something loud, I wouldn't recomend the resonator.

 

Did you leave your Cat on. Mine fell off so I add the test pipe to fill the void and an MBRP muffler and I am quite abit louder then stock but it sure runs alot cooler.

 

I turned chicken at the last minute and left it on.

 

If the cat goes missing, you would not believe how much louder your exhaust will be...

 

I agree, you take the cat off and it goes from being a 5 on the loud scale to over 10. I left the cat on because it's way to loud when I pull the car hauler. Plus with the wife, and kids soon, I knew it would bother them so I left it on. I would love to take that cat off and replace it with something that keeps the sound the same, but free's up some EGT's
