Major differences between a 98-02 Twins and 03+ twins

Hey I have a full B1/B2 twin kit for my 1999. What would it take to make it fit on an 03+?

Would it even be worth it????

I'm not really a HP junkie like I was before.

The battery location and a few other clearance issues/changes. I am not sure about the downpipe...but the intake side will need a few changes.
