Question Leveling kit help

Just installed my revtek leveling kit today and it went well overall, truck looks nice but there is a problem. When I am driving down the road and hit even the smallest bumb there is a loud metal to metal type sound from the front end. I did not put new shocks on it so could they be bottoming out? It drives perfect and I havent even gotten it aligned yet. Is this a common problem or could I have made a mistake in the install? Thanks for any help. Looks like I might have to buy some new shocks.

Did you mark the springs and put them back in the same position they were in when you took them out.. If not the Spring my be just reseating itself or not seated properly

I was not aware you had to mark the springs. I do know I did not get the bottom and top confused? Could it be that the rubber gasket is setting itself in the spacer? I tried hard but could not force it in there so I figured the weight of the truck would seat it in.

Solved my problem. The left bottom shock bolt missed the shocked and pushed it up causing it to bounce around which caused it to bend the bracket. I took it apart today and rebent it and got it back it now everythings perfect. No noise and rides great. Thanks for all who tried to help though.

Coil Spring Specialties will make a +2" coil in any spring rate you want for around $200 plus shipping. As far as ride quality and durability, they beat the socks off of D25's.
