Talking Just installed Volumizer

I installed my volumizer this afternoon, and what a difference. On the 100 HP setting it will really move. I enjoy the large amount of smoke that rolls out of the exhaust to . One thing I noticed is it will get the EGT up there around 1400 easy, so I cannot stay on the throttle long . I do not have the cam or crank sensors connected yet. Will connect them help the EGT issue any? So far on code and a lots of smoke!

Hook up the cam/crank sensors! Youll get a little extra power plus lower EGT's through the extra timing.

Looks like your Motoblue customer service was okay.....good for you! Did you get your Volumizer at their listed website price? It's the lowest I've seen.

Also, I would suggest to make your exhaust free-er flowing so that you won't need to back out of the throttle so much from the high EGTs.

When you do get your crank and cam connections hooked up, let us know if you see any EGT or power difference. Some people have mention these connections don't do anything.

So-Cal,
Yes I purchased it at the list pricing of $449.00. The unit was delieverd next day as promissed. However they went a little over board with getting me the unit, as they have sent me two of them. I called and they are of course playing the shippng to get their unit back.

I connected the Cam/Crank sensor this afternoon, and honestly I did not notice any increase in power. The EGT stills will hit the 1400 degree mark with in seconds at WOT and would continue to climb if I did not let up. This is with the unit on the 100 HP setting. The 50 HP setting is fine EGT top out at around 1100 mark WOT. I want to race my buddies 02 CTD (he has Edge pulses & stage II injectors), but I cannot stay on the throttle. Outside of that I love the unit has great kick in pants feel
