Jake brake questions

I was at the Cummins dealer this afternoon and was checking on the price of a Jake brake kit. He showed me his parts book and it showed two models, one that installed onto the turbo and another that installed downstream on the exhaust pipe. This is the first time I have heard of two options. Has anybody else heard of this? Any idea of the pros and cons of the two different types of installations?
Both these kits I saw did not have the gearshift or any other method of selecting on or off. Apparantly that is another kit.
For you that have bought and installed a Jake exhaust brake, can you give me the part number of the kit? What about the method of selection on or off? Is that a seperate kit? If so, do you have a part number for that too?
What sort of price should I be looking at for a full kit? Kit price only as I intend to install it myself.

I priced it at 2 local dealers: both were ~$1750US installed.

I couldn't find it tonight, but they do have a complete listing somewhere on their site of PN's vs. model year.

The inline kit allows you to use an E-Brake on a truck with an afetrmarket turbo. The turbo mount only works on the stok turbo.

Stan watch ebay. I got mine there years ago and paid 900 if I remember. The kits you are shown may be generic kits and not specifically for the '03 5.9 ISB.

Thanks guys for the answers so far. The Cummins dealer told me that when I order they will order to suit the engine serial number so therefore it should fit. They quoted me about $750 for the kit. Seems a bit cheap to me and I am suspicious that some parts may be missing.
Still need to know from those who have used a kit, just what is in the kit. In other words, what else do I need to order?

My kit came with everything I needed from wiring, belt, switches, vac valve, hoses etc. I think I used a bunch of tiewraps and that is it. Totally complete.
Shifter switch was included. My kit was from Cummins if I remember correctly.

Thanks Rammtuff. You don't by any chance have the kit part number do you?

On Friday I received a price from a Dodge dealer in Texas. His price for the kit was $1250. Sounds steep to me.
Does anybody have the Cummins/Jacobs part number for the full kit?

I think I paid around $1200 for the kit from the dealership. Install was pretty straight forward, and you can download directions from Jacob's web page. Kits for 03 and newer are higher priced than kits for earlier trucks.
