Installed Quad XZT

I installed a Quad XZT on my 3500 last week. The overhead used to read 13 and now its around 17 mpg and thats in town. I know that the readout on the overhead is totally inaccurate but is it possible that I have achieved a 4 mpg increase with my Quad?!!

Possible, but not likely. 1-2 mpg is more likely.

A 1-2 mpg increase is more accurate as long as your right foot keeps the skinny pedal off the floor!!!!

4 mpg is possible since thats what I've gotten on more than 1 occasion since the xzt was installed. All depends how you drive. My overhead reads very close (within 1 mpg) of what I'm getting. If you drive it nice it will get you 3-4 mpg.

I noticed that the more I push the go pedal, the higher my mileage reading climbs on the overhead. Its a dream come true
