And the Xtreme setting smokes like nothing I've ever seen! My 2nd gen w/ 100hp injectors and Comp box didn't smoke like this! Low end power is unbelievable, a perfect compliment to the high end power of the TST. High end of the BD is kind of weak with the TST off. With the BD on Performance (med) setting and the TST on 7/7 I couldn't keep it on the road in the rain! 60 to 100mph feels like a corvette! This is just too much fun! The only problems I've had with the BD is the ABS lights are always on after the reflash. You've got to start and shut off the engine 3 times and on the 4th back up 100ft and pull forward to reset the ABS. Weird...
By the way I'm going to DYNO the truck on SAT. with this combo at MC Racing in Kansas City... I'll keep DTR posted.

I'm very interested in what numbers you see. Does this stack feel like it is giving too much timing? I am also thinking about trying it, just would like to get some more info on it.

The Bully Dog actually feels like it is defueling above 2000RPM's when it's ran by itself. If the BD is on extreme, and the TST on 3/3 it feels a little weaker on the top end than with the TST alone on upper settings. However with the BD on Performance, you can turn the TST up to 7/7 and get a whole bunch more power than the TST is capable of alone. I've got as much dyno time as I need for Sat. so I'm going to play with everything possible. Just wish I had a B1-04 to test...

BTW for those who want to know, the Bully Dog smokes and makes all the power down low. You can gag it at 1100RPM's in 6th and fog out an entire town. When the boost comes up, it quits smoking altogether. The TST is just the opposite... They work excellent together.

I'm really enjoying fogging out the local PowerJoke guys! LOL

If you can't tell, I'm not really concerned with that. I've never kept one more than 60k...
And I'm currently running the stock turbo, with a B1-04 on the way.

I hope you paid extra for a shipping upgrade... you wail on that stocker a few times, and it'll dump all over you!

The 600 turbos seem to hold up MUCH better than the 305/555 turbos did. I've played with them all and this is by far the most reliable diesel turbo I've seen for a stocker. Just not big enough! I wonder if the 106mm I bought for the mustang will fit??? LOL

How does the Con OFE hold "all this power" twisting the 325's? Sounds to me like a few good hard OD runs would kill it, if its making that much power.

So far so good, we'll see on a 30 deg night though. It seems all diesels have more clutch slippage problems when it's cold out. It seems fine right now, but with a heavy load, and the boxes turned up, who knows? Not that I'm going to do that...

The power pup doesn't mount anywhere, you download a new program directly into the ecm and then remove it.

You can control the programmer with the Outlook monitor. You can drop it to 75%,50% and 25%. You can also set your warning on the EGT's and it will defuel automatically. It's a nice deal.
