Which gets connected to the truck first, the inline box(PUCK) or the boost fooler? Thanks

I have my boost fooler hooked up first, then the edge. Not sure about the puck.

I just got my Quadzilla boost fooler hooked up. The instructions say "Do NOT use on a truck with a plug in module". I was going to install a Puck. Why does Quadzilla say to only use with a downloader/injectors only.
Has anyone noticed any problems/codes running a box with a Quadzilla fooler?
