increaseing rail pressure

increaseing rail pressure

ok on the tst r49ap standard program how much rail pressure does it ad every step (1-9) you go up on the rail pressure adjustment like 500 psi or 1,000 psi i ask cause i do have stock injectors and do not want to crack them thanks for any help


p.s. i had the r37 (no rail pressure) just got the r49 (w/ rail pressure) i have to tell you its ten times better w/ pressure

Just watch the rp guage on your tst. On my truck rp on 3 I could hit 27k+ no problem.

was that with your mp-8 or just tst cause today i went out and hit 25 on level four. what is stock 23 so would that mean it goes up in 500 psi increments

That was with no mp8. I can make my truck spike to 26k completely stock. I can not answer what the increments are, call tst and see what they say. For dialy drivin it is a good idea to keep it no higher than 25k

On mine I run it at level 2 or 3 depending on the power level. I have never seen my gauge read over 25k at WOT. I also have stock injectors.

Don't forget the OEM rail pressure sensor isn't capable of reading values higher than about 27.5K psi
