Transmission is definetly one of the first things on the list.

So I'm taking it the stock lift pump won't last with a smarty? Where is the best place to start researching prices on a lift pump?

Thanks for the help guys.

Best place for research is right here! But I'll save you some time: buy an Air Dog for $499!

Pauly suggested the Air Dog. Additionally, here are a couple of other popular lift pumps. http://www.dieselpp.com/ and http://www.glacierdieselpower.com/

Personally, I like the GDP Walbro inline, fuel cooled pump, with the big line kit and 2 micron filtration. Simple, very effective, reasonably priced.

If I am thinking about adding a "Pac Brake" or something similar.......Is that something that would be best addressed while im replacing down pipes/Turbos? Or is that something easily added later? Thanks.

It can be added later, but if you have everything apart already it will be that much easier. When reassembling parts, instead of reinstalling the factory elbow you'll drop in the brake and the hard part is done.

So does anybody else have any input on the Silver Bullet 62 Turbo??

I am kinda gathering that it and the HTT 62/13/SS seem to be the favored ones in that size range......maybe with a slight edge to the II SB.

Any more suggestions on choices to look at? Any more thoughts pro or con on the SB 62?

Thanks again for everybody's input so far.

The SB 62 is the better turbo. It's a crapshoot with HTT's 62/13.

The new HTT stainless turbo's have had wastegate issues since they started producing them. I thought they had everything ironed out, but I still see new turbo's popping up with the same old problems. They just don't build boost. Don't get me wrong there are a few good ones out there and the results are good.
