Well, last night I had a little fun and ran my truck perty hard with my Quad II pressure tune set on 2 and Smarty on 9. When I got back to the house I noticed my rail pressure was down a little. Idleing it is normally at around 6600 to 7000 psi. It has dropped to 6100 to 6400 psi. I drove it today and had the same lower pressures. I am wondering if one of my injectors is about to give up the ghost due to a loss in rail pressure.

 

Only at idle or all through the rpm range?

Only at idle. I seems normal driving down the road.

 

I wouldn't worry unless RP drops below 5K at idle.
