Afternoon, DTR...

The turbo timer that I have has a short in it, and while I can fix it, I'd rather have one that shut down on EGT's... This one is about 4 years old...


What do you have, how do you like it? How much was it?

I'd like one with a time setting and an EGT setting...

You can get them to install the tubro timer on your Edge(have to send it back in though)


I have a Howards Timer, and love it! (But I dont think he makes them anymore)

 

Really! on the Edge? That's good... I'll have to check on that... I don't have the high tech one...

 

The one for the Edge, you can set it to shut down after a certain period of time or when the set EGT is reached.

 

Send your unit to Edge, get the turbo timer on it, and get the Hot Unlock at the same time if you don't already have it. Both great upgrades to the unit.

I got the Edge... works like a champ

 

I just got off the phone with edge... 50 bucks and they'll update the software while it's there.

Lucky me... I'll be out of town for a few weeks... I can do it then!

I looked high and low for a used Howard's timer since he is no longer in business and finally found one.

It is simple and cheap and works great.

Anyone looking for a small business opportunity, this would be it...
