Got my Turbo timer today :) However I need to know where the 3 wires are>>>>>>>
Basically I need to know where I can find the
*12v Constant
*Ignition wire
*Secondary Ignition or Accesory wire
*Also the wire for the e-brake sensor
If any of you have pictures of the wires or the colors they are I would really appreciate it. Or better yet, if someone could post the instructions from other turbo timers thjat would be nice.
This is the timer I got BTW..
(without the 300zx harness of course)
I really liked this timer, big reason was the size, also the features it has are really nice, and I already have this in my twinturbo 300zx

In order to mount that setup in your truck you're going to need to do some careful research (which you obviously know).
For 12v constant power, I recommend either tapping one of the power outlets within the truck or wiring up an auxillary harness like the Painless kit.
For "ignition wire" I'm not sure what you want. Do you want the one off the column switch? You want to apply 12v to that so the ECM thinks the key is in the "RUN" position. There are a number of circuits that are triggered by the ignition switch. The ignition switch has 14 outputs: cavities 3, 9, 10,13, and 14 are all energized to 12v with the key in the RUN position. The colors are:
Cavity 3 - 16Ga Dark Blue
Cavity 9 - 14Ga Dark Blue
Cavity 10 - 10Ga Brown with Red stripe
Cavity 13 - 16Ga Yellow
Cavity 14 - 16Ga Orange
If you power all these, the vehicle will think the key is in the RUN position.
For an accessory wire, pick your favorite component that comes on with the key in ACC and use that (windows, radio come to mind).
The parking brake switch is located on the parking brake lever, and I think it's only got 2 wires. Just check each one to see which has 12v power when the brake is engaged.
I hope this helps a little!
