ok, will a programer really give me more MPG? this whole 14-15mpg thing sucks at $3/gallon. i swore after dropping $15k into my Trans Am i wouldnt do this again in my next vehicle, but now its about better effeciency not HP. any opinions would be great.

 

I got another 2 mpg out of my BD on the highway. It is more how you drive it with the mods you have. I try to take it easy as much as posible.

Some report gains some dont.

 

smarty has a fuel economy sw and setting. but, I dont really worry about mileage.

 

the best ive gotten outta mine is smarty beta 4.4 @ 70 mph, 99
% highways turned out 17.05 mpg. not very happy. not real sure about w/o a programmer since i havent ran a full tank thru it since ive owned it on stock
