HTT 64/13ss and SMARTY
I don't think you are running a Smarty program that includes boost fooling. I think it's the aftermarket injector programs that are supposed to include the boost fooler. Either try the different program or get a Quad boost fooler from this website. It'll help cool your EGT's as well as give you more power...
On my 06, i can go over 40psi on smarty level 3....stock turbo...
To get good cooling and power you need to run the Smarty on the odds or add lots of timing with the TST. If you aren't making boost you are not making power is the usual. I'd try the Smarty on 9, tst on 2/0 3degrees no pressure MP-8 30%.
Then I'd try Smarty 8, tst 2/0 18degrees, MP-8 30%
What was the rail pressure like with the Smarty and MP-8?
What are you using to measure boost....If you are using the TST with the Smarty you will only show 40psi max and actual boost may be more. With the MP-8 the TST boost will probably be wrong as the MP-8 modifies the sensor signals to add fueling. ks

ill's hang up is that is he still trying to push that much fuel with an OEM lift pump.
I second abc's reccomendation...even though I like lower on the Smarty and higher on the Tst. Tune tune tune.

Well guy's I've settled on the Smarty sw7, with the mp8 at 50%. I feel it spools as quick if not quicker than the stocker, smokes is greatly reduced with the mp8 making it start to build boost around 1200rpm, max egt 1250 max boost 33lbs, really smooth power with absolutely NO surge at all. 4 things on install, 1 loosen the wastegate actuator bolts and remove 1 of them so that it will rotate in towards the center of the turbo and take the hose off, this makes it clear the motor mount then rebolt, I used a hose and a little shop air to pressurize the actuator to get it to rotate back around to get the one bolt back in. 2 the top bolt that holds the gate cover on needs to be taken out and half the head cut or ground down so it will clear the block around the freeze plug, at least mine did. 3 try and bolt it up without taking tha downpipe clamp off, just take off the clamp from cast elbow to turbo, i did not have to remove downpipe clamp and it lined up perfect. It does push the exhaust back about 3/8" but nothing hits. 4 there is 2 alignment pins in the cast elbow to the turbo that needs to be cut off and smoothed you'll see them. Thanks for everyones input, ant questions just ask cuz I will.
