I agree you should have received adequate instructions so that you didn't run into this problem, but from my point of view that means nothing at this point. I can't speak for Howard, I don't know what he sent you or why. I do know however that he has gone out of his way in the past to solve issues.

As I stated earlier, I don't think he knew there was an issue or he would have dealt with it already. So rather than waste time crying over spilled milk, lets get the thing working or a refund in your hand so you can move on.

Once I contact Howard I am certain he will show up here if he can, or send a cure through me so that we can make this a non issue. Isn't that what we really want to focus on?
