How much boost to HE351

Going to swap out my 341 for a 351 and while its on the bench I am going to tap out the housing for an adjustable elbow, wondered what can I run this thing up to with out getting into to much trouble?

Ive seen 42 psi on more than one occasion. I would not go above 42 psi.

Over 40 is inviting overspin and early failure... in any case, even if it does not do that, it is out of the compressor map and blowing very hot air... which = no power gained.

Ok thanks guys, I will try to set it around 36-38 psi for fun and see how it goes.

I have seen 42 PSI for the last 90 000 kms on a daily basis. You would think I stole my truck by the way I drive it!

I run the HE351 up to 48psi many times - takes a lot of drive pressure, but it's still pulling hard.

Don't expect it to last forever with that abuse.
