How long was your pup gone?
When you sent your power pup back for the update to 1.4 how long did it take to get it back? I've been with out for over 2 weeks now. My truck just isn't the same with out the pup.

Mine was out only a week, but I think they are getting busier not that it is becoming common knowledge that the update is available. Give them a call and ask them for a tracking number.
Did you call them before you sent it in? I did and I got a code that needed to be printed on the box to let them know what needed to be done. It made things go a lot faster. If yours has been gone that long, call them and ask them for a tracking number.
What surprised me was I called them on a Monday and they hadn't gotten to mine yet, but it arrived on Wednesday UPS ground!

When I installed the Outlook the check engine light stayed on. Kept throwing a code. Called Bully Dog the next day and Justin said the code was telling him that the wiring harness was bad so I needed to send it back for a new one. I sent it back that same day (Wed.) Then on the next Tues. I get a phone call from them and they said that I needed to send back the monitor also because the new Outlooks are coming out w/ the wiring harness hardwired to the Outlook. So now I am out $30.00 for the shipping on these 2 occasions. I am glad that they have changed the wiring set up because the old style was pretty hokey. What bothers me is that they will not send anything to me until they get the old stuff back. When my buddy had a problem w/ his Attitude he called the place he bought it from (John at DPS), who said let me call Edge and I'll call you right back. John called him back in about 20 minutes and said that Edge was sending him a new unit and a pre-paid box for him to send the defective unit back to them. I think that's how it should be done. I bought my Outlook from Kyle at a very good price but it chaps my **** that I have to pay the shipping to get this thing working.
Sorry for the whining,
Scott
