how to add foglights in factory wholes

Just wondering if anybody added fog lights in the factory wholesaler and how to cut out the plastic. What lights to put in there

I added factory fog lights in my '03 when it was new.

The new bezels and wire harness & switch come with the lights if you order from Dodge.

Look on Ebay motors...they have the kits on there for around $120. Comes with everything you need and is a perfect fit.

That is how I did mine. They even included the factory headlight / fog light switch.
