Holy Smoke Bully Dog!

I just downloaded the Crazy Larry program after running between xtreme setting and the economy setting, not alot of difference between the two and not alot of smoke but quick! But as for the Crazy Larry program Good Gwad, I think its as fast as my old Duramax with the edge on 5/5 if not faster and a bunch of SMOKE finally.

Two other things, How long does my tranny have? I mainly hit it at highway speeds to feel the acceleration and occasionaly off the light and an occasional burn-out, no 4 wheel launches though. Two, what would I gain by using the boost fooler? Thanks for the answers!

My stock tranny handeled it really well but I wasn't stupid either. I towed and everything. Once you have the newfound power it is hard to go back to stock....

I mean are we talking weeks, months, a year or so? What does Dodge say when you bring em a smoked tranny after a year? I got 67,000 miles on my 03 Allison with the edge on 5/5 with no hicup (just a couple limps) I guess I gotta start saving, I was hoping to get one warranty rebuild out of Dodge

Getting on the throttle hard while locked up at cruising speeds, ie 50-65mph will probably destroy your tranny faster than just straight nailing it off the line. As for your burnouts........ thats just not a good idea. And smoke might look cool but it is still unburned fuel and is wasted, right.

not only do you need a tranny, you also need a better lift pump!

tranny is a time bomb. a day. a week. a month. it will go sooner or later. I suggest DTT

I've got atleast 10,000 miles on mine with CL, and the truck is completely stock otherwise. I haven't had one problem, I just turn it down when I tow. Use your head, the stock tranny will probably last you a long time.

you run it on CL and mash it without gauges? Thats one of the smartest things ive ever heard.

I have gone past 1600 degrees to i am assuming about 1700 degrees on my gauge on just a 60-85 run. 0-50 my gauge gets pegged as well. I would NOT smash on it for a long time on CL.
