I installed some turn HID lights in my buddys 04 cummins and i am haveing problems with them. they flicker about three or four times before they turn on just on low. i also put some in the high too and they turn right on. has anyone had this problem that have used HID lights. and what did they do it fix the problem. i think its some kind of relay.
