To all on this forum, let me ask an intelligent question for him.

What does this mean.He has posted in one of his 30 other threads that his truck has this sticker on the fan shroud.Told him to call the dealership but I guess he was to busy repeating himself on here.
Could this be that he possibly has an ecm that does not match what came on an 04.5-05.If so his Edge juice would not be matched up for correct year model.This is the only thing significant he has mentioned in the past month that has not been answered.

Or, talk to Quad, TS Performance, Edge.....and ask if the control leads are consistant between the years. Can you imagine if you were getting your signals mixed, you might see low boost, high egt, poor performance...Hmmmm

I know he said he bought the truck used not too long ago.The Edge site says 04.5-05 is different than 06 or 07.Maybe the Edge is trying to interface with the wrong year ecm.Am I correct to be thinking this?

Im sure smarty is as great as everyone says but i run two edge chips and dont have any trouble! So i say dont down the product unless you know its really there fault. Cause like i have said many times in his post, with both chips all the way up on my truck i dont see 1400 so i prefer to say there is nothing wrong with edge. Im not mad/upset just setting it straight!

Has there been a definative resolve that the EDGE is not causing this? All we are saying is ditch the box and see what happens. And if this is some goofy ECM issue the smarty shouldnt care because they cover multiple years...03-07 i believe

i wont have results for a few weeks as i need to order pyro gauge.whats a good one? one more thing. everyone keeps telling me that pyro should go after turbo and thats my problem. i dont know. maybe ill put one after to and compare them. When i did fuel injector cut out and efficiency test with the DRB scanner my cylinder cutout was perfect and the efficiency ratings were between 97.5% and 100%. Let's remember where we are and keep this a "G" rated thread please.

i have a similar sticker on my 06 for when they did the hard start TSB. by the way that solved my hard start problem...now she fires up as soon as you touch the key!!!awsome....it seems like smarty and gauges would be a good fix for sallyman.
