Pull the flippin Edge off completely and drive it...NOW. a partially plugged in box can sure as heck cause problems...not saying thats 100% problem, but its the very FIRST step in diagnosis!

I still haven't been answered about CODES.....

Everyone on here is trying to help you but you don't seem to like taking any advice.Your starting to sound like a broken record(high egt's,no boost,if I crimp the line it makes 42lbs etc.)Take the Edge off and drive it for a few days.Yes we know you want have gauges then so no need to tell us that again. If it doesn't feel right get some gauges to monitor stock boost and egt's.You don't answer the important questions people ask you like do you have any codes, what is the retro ecm sticker on your fan shroud all about. You just keep repeating the same things over and over.Trust me when I say this.Everyone on here is getting a little fed up trying to point you in the right direction and you won't listen. Before long no one is going to have anything to say, good or bad.

Exactly. I know it sucks having to listen to a bunch of know it alls, but dang it. We have been there, we have done it. Please for the love of whatever, get you a set of analogs and go from there. Heck, for what its worth, they make a sweet overhead 3 gauge pod that you could mount boost, egt and rail pressure in. Then add the juice on the pillar.

Electronics can and WILL fail at some point. A simple short, lack of voltage, or even a corroded connector could be causing all or none of your issues. Please humor us, or at the very least stop flooding the forums with questions you dont want to hear the answers to. I hate it when I have to get all fired up.

i will uninstall it but if you know anything about ecms youd know that the EDGE is just reading the MAP and the DATA link. The edges only outputs are the injector pass thru harnesses. The edge doesnt output its data link and map sensor plug. phone juice yourself.

Are the ECM, EDGE, MAP and DATA LINK comprised of electricity, electronic components and electrical conductors? Then weather they read, write or sing the Star Spangled Banner they can cause poor singaling. Ever heard of a ground loop, or radio frequency interrference? These are daily terms used in the industry. The edge could POSSIBLY be sending a signal on a READ ONLY line messing something up. I am not trying to belittle anyone here, but dang, how many more times can we say it...

Sorry, that's incorrect. The Juice does fool the MAP signal. If it didn't then you would get high and low boost codes constanly.

Now that you are boost fooling but aren't driving the injectors you have a "weird" situation because the ECM no longer has a clean boost reference to base it's fuel on. Basically the Juice clamps the boost voltage and sends that to the ECM so it keeps it happy while boost is being made outside of the ECM's "safe" parameters therefore no codes.

Also, about the videos. Your idle down is fine. Matches most I've seen, a couple hundred trucks. As far as the cold idle, at what temps are you talking about and does it do it the whole time or clear up after about 2 minutes? If it clears up then it is the same as mine. If it clears up then it is not injectors as they can't fix themselves. You should hear one of our old 335 Cummins on a -20 F morning. It belches more white smoke than you can believe and sounds like a top alcohol dragster at idle but with a bad miss.

You might do yourself a favor by reading the cold start info on the sun shade above your head. It will at least get a chuckle out of you. AK RAM made me read mine one day and it made sense.

I agree with these guys...the video is nothing out of the ordinary that I havent seen from my own truck and a few other CTDs.

My truck idles very rough at temps under about 30*....it starts up in high idle mode and after several minutes, it idles back down and is just fine.

You need to un-install the Edge completely and un-hook your battery cables to reset everything...then drive it stock for a few days...you'll know if something is wrong more than likely without gauges...

To all on this forum, let me ask an intelligent question for him.
"retro chrysler ECM-20325253AK 10/31/06 Dealer Code 8978"
What does this mean.He has posted in one of his 30 other threads that his truck has this sticker on the fan shroud.Told him to call the dealership but I guess he was to busy repeating himself on here.
Could this be that he possibly has an ecm that does not match what came on an 04.5-05.If so his Edge juice would not be matched up for correct year model. This is the only thing significant he has mentioned in the past month that has not been answered.
