Help on my 600 setup

I have magnaflow muff on stock 4" exhaust & Swiss cheese on stock airbox
with a amsoil "Ea" filter.

From what I've read my basic understanding is this:
You can up the hp as far as you want provided there is airflow on both ends accordingly.

I am looking at a chip in the 50-70hp range in the future, along with a pyrometer for egt's.

Is my intake/exhaust flow on my present setup sufficient or should I go bhaf
or scotty, airaid, etc?? I've read 4" exhaust is ok to 400-450hp.

I dont want to go overkill on air & really don't want too much whine from
turbo.(Little whine, OK )

I'd think you would be fine with that mild of a box having what you have, just keep an eye on the EGT's.

I would just add you flavor of module and call it a day. I chose the juice as it was an easy all in one solution. I would look at the quadzilla as well possible the bullydog w/outlook. TST makes a nice product but it is kind of overkill for what you are looking for.

my .02 is buy something that has a higher setting as power is addictive even if you don't use it all the time and get something that is easy to switch. for example the tripple dog alone has to be pluged in to change power levels. this seemed like a pain to me.

I looked at edge juice with att, quad race with gauges, triple dog with outlook, tst powermax cr with gauge option. I would personally steer clear of something that just uses presure only as it is more effecient to make power using multiple paramters timing, duration, boost, maybe a little fuel presure.

revision to previous post

I am an idiot!

In my previous post I should have been clearer.

I was wanting to know if the swiss cheese & the magnaflow which I
now have would be enough flow for the 50-70hp chip I want in the future?

Sorry!

I think you would be just fine with a mild "towing" chip. Most chips or downloaders made for only 50-70 hp are geared for towing anyways. For example on my Tripple dog, the tow setting is 50hp. Just be careful with the swiss cheese airbox that you dont suck anything up.
