I am about to buy a new truck and was wondering what the general concensus is ..... I was really wanting the 555 motor since its already relatively proven and reliable and good fuel mileage but the dealer has a 600 set up for me to buy... I am concerned with the bugs on this 600 and lack of fuel mileage... should I really stick it out and get the 555 or settle and take my chances with the 600.....??? help,

I'll bite @ this

1. Better mileage with 555

2. Might get the same with 600 but the way a few people seem to be saying they wished for 555 instead of there 600.

3. Test drive both see which feels better.

4. 555 no need to worry about the emission stuff.
