I've done it, don't recommend it. You'll get hot fast.

Stick with regular Smarty versions on lower levels.

Fill out your sig so we can see what you got...

Good looking rig and toys. Just adj. your tuner to maintain decant temps, you'll apprec. all the power you can and still mantain safe temps. I can still tow well with the tune up i ran over 500rwhp but i all just depends on the weight and how fast you try to get it up to speed, and mountains, hills etc... looks like you will be grossing what 19-22,000 i would think you'll have to step down in the sw#3 or 5 range with that much weight..

Try the regular Smarty version for aftermarket turbos. If you keep lower levers (like 1 or 3) it won't overboost but you still get a bit a extra air to keep it cool.

the rigs and the trailer are at 20,500lbs
i went I 70 over the top started with the stock software and it didnt take long to see 1600+ on the egt. then loaded sw9 beta 4.4 and it ran much beter and egts could be controled to 1300 with some input.
loged a little over 3k miles and averaged 10.2mpg at 68-70mph
lie-o-meter stayed around 13.5

spool seemed really slow on verry bottom over 6 k feet and it would chirp when converter locked on decent pulls.
anyone have input on the 62 series? or just step up to the stock-twin set up from mpi?

exhaust, intake, and ad150
built tranny

Kinda off topic, but what suspension and tire set up on the 4-runner? I'm helping my brother build an 85 toyota pickup and he'll be running the all pro 6 inch with their inch and a half shackles. All pro told him 38 inch tires would work awesome with it, but thats alot of rubber. I'm thinking 37's max. Thanks.
