Heavy rattle when downshifting...

I have noticed in the recent days than when I am driving and I floor it and it downshifts to a lower gear I get a very noticable rattle until boost comes up.

Any one have any experience with this and should I be worried???

I am running TNT/R with stock timing and RP-3.

The sound is very similar to the D-MAX's when they have WAY too much timing, but I m running stock timing. Could this just be a function of too much fuel and not enough air??? Also RP falls down then spikes as the rattle begins.

Yep...599/1236 with TNT/R SW#8 timing 2, and 601/1236 with TNT/R SW#8 timing #1,& 585/1175 with TNT/R SW#9 timing #2

I am going to spend a few hours on the dyno on Friday to do some comprehensive tuning between the differnet settings to get a final HP number, I feel that there is still more in her, just have to find the right combo!!
