Let 'em bring it. Set the Smarty to half power and let them sniff away.

Okay, some details on the form:
Vehicle make Model Year Type
GVWR Cylinders Odometer
Type of Test: Initial Reinspection

Visual Tampering Inspection:
Catalyst(s)........................... "P" F N/A
EGR System.......................... P F "N/A"
Crankcase Vent System.......... "P" F N/A
Fuel Cap(s)........................... "P" F N/A

Mfrs Advertised Horsepower.....
Dynamometer Speed............... "40"
Dynamometer Horsepower........ "30"
Opacity Percent Reading.......... "0"

Emission Test Results:
Opacity Test Results............... (Pass) Fail
Tampering Inspestion.............. (Pass) Fail
Overall test results................. (Pass) Fail

I used quotes and parentheses to note how he chose or entered data. Hopefully it isn't too tough to read... It looks like for emissions it is only opacity, which seems like is read with a sniffer gizmacho. He did put a hose in my tailpipe (MY TRUCK'S tailpipe, you sickos!) for something.

Midnight Mayhem, eh? Sounds fun, I haven't been out there in a couple years. I suppose everyone has seen or has a copy of that video from a few years ago of the F350 qc 4wd run low 11's at LVMS Midnight Mayhem, right?

Went out and ran at the Speedway during Midnight Mayhem. $10 to drive ($5 to spectate). Long lines though. Here's the thread where I post my times.

We should plan a Las Vegas GTG for one of the Midnight Mayhems in September.

Stacks would be good. If they only photographed the back plate, you could skip the stacks and just use a smoke switch to totally obscure the camera.
