Guages below the radio??
Anybody installed guages in the open space below the radio and to the right of the 4x4 switch? Looks like you could get two 2" guages in there. Does anyone make a kit for this? I don't want to loose the grab handle on the A-pillar because the wife drives the truck a lot.
Thanks in advance,
GT

I also did not want to lose the grab handle, I used the pro pod wedgee that Wildcat Diesel sells. It is a three gauge unit, I do not know if they offer a 2 gauge setup or not. This unit does not affect your pillar or much viablility at all mounted in front of and to the side of the steering wheel. You might also check out the X-monitor as it will mount on the pillar but does not require any cutting.

Sorry I do not have access to a digital camera, therefore no pics. There is a picture of the weedgee on Wildcats site. It is under the gauges and mounting, it is the last mount at the bottom of the pro pod ad. Do a search for outlaw diesel, they had pictures of the setup I used. They will email them to you if you ask. I think his email is trent@outlawdiesel.com, but you need to double check on that.

No.
I wish we did, but I really haven't had time to build something for them. WE have had customers take the original one and hack itup and make it look good, but it all depends on how much work you are willing to do? If you want to try and hack one up pm me and I will make you a special deal!

I mounted my Westech boost/EGT where the former cig lighter was. Drilled it out and dropped in the gauge. Fit it on a slight angle upwards and left to make it easier to see and pulled the light power off the dimmer switch. Looks nice and easy enough to see. Sorry no pics....but got the idea from someone else in the forum so I'm not alone.
