Got some $$ together for mods... I need some suggestions!

Hey Guys,
I sold my Jetta and have some extra $$$ to play with. Right now I just have the 4" turbo back, Quad XZT, and gauges. I'm going to build a *****'s Whistler intake, and probably sell my quad XZT and buy somthing more powerfull. I'm thinking smarty, but I just read some interesting stuff about the V.A. 5 box... Seems like a couple guys were very impressed, but its still pretty new and all the software isn't out yet. I know the customer service and flexability of the Smarty is second to none, I'm just wondering if I should wait around a little and see what goes with the V.A. box... Has anyone had much experience with their customer service? If I'm going to spend a few hundred bucks, the service and help after the sale is just as important to me as how the product performs in the first place! Any other suggestions for fueling? I'm also thinking a lift pump and filter kit from Glacier Diesel. What else would be a good idea along with those mods (other than a clutch, I know that will be comming)?

Thanks!
Jason

You are in the same position as me a month ago. I started with an XZT, then couldnt decide between a C5 or Smarty. I was leaning towards a C5. I felt like the Smarty must be some kind of scam, it cant be as great as everyone says. I went ahead and bought one, and it is more than anyone can describe to you. The thing about it is the low end power. You'll need a stronger clutch if you want to run it all out. Supposedly #5 MILD is ok for stock clutch. I am running #5 on my auto with upgraded valvebody, and it is ALOT more power than stock or XZT.

I feel like Ive joined a cult since buying the Smarty.
