Talking Matched turbo and injectors

Hey guys, here in about a week i will be putting the following parts on my truck: ported and polished head, 5000 rpm valve springs, ARP head studs, Helix 2 cam, 5 inch exhaust, ats exhaust manifold, a banks intercooler, a banks high rise intake, fluted injector tubes, and a industrial injection stage 2 cp3. I was thinking about doing a twins and injectors at the same time. I am looking at the ats twins or the ats compound turbo, and flux 2 injectors. I am wondering if these are the right sized injectors for my turbo options, and if yall think i should look into some different twins. I want the best twins money can buy. I will also be getting a smarty and gauges and understand that doing these things is going to shell my transmission VERY quickly. Thanks guys.

I'm guessing by compound turbo you mean the MST. Don't hold your breath. That thing has been "close to production" for a very long time.

I would contact Nathan Wright at http://maximizedperformanceinc.com/ for your twin turbo setup.

By the way did you win the lotto?

Walla Walla...

Washington???

If so, there's no doubt where you need to go. It's a bit of a drive, but check out J and H for twins. They have the cleanest setup I've ever seen. It goes in and out in 1 piece. No boots to blow off, everything's bolted tight. They use stainless tubing, too. They just did an '06 auto that without tuning did over 600 on the dyno. Talk to Brian, he knows what's up.

There are lots of people who build twins, and it comes down to personal preference. I want something that looks as good as it performs, and J and H delivers.

Your stock tranny will hold all those mild mods with no sweat. I mean just look how well Shanes held up.

Yah, it's your money, but if you don't build the foundation i.e.... THE TRANNY.... all those mods don't mean squat. I'd forgo the Banks jun.. stuff and invest in tranny mods first. That would be the single best investment... what good is 5K rpms if your tranny craps out at 3K rpms???

I'm at 35,000 miles with over 25,000 with the Edge on. Now I have the Predator as well... I'm not far behind you! Mine hasn't been put to the test as much as yours though!

If it were me, I wouldn't do the banks intercooler. From what I have seen, it's really not worth spending the money.

I would like to hear more about how this works. How do you connect an air filter, 2 turbos, and the IC piping without any boots?
