Heck no, I'm now thinking about the BD race anti defueler. As for the DTT stuff, these people are excellent to trade with I highly recommend them, they actually treat you like a person rather than someone just writing them a check for parts. WHat they do is ask you what gearing, tire size, horsepower mods etc. you currently have and what you will plan to do power wise in the future and build your components to that rather than having a one size fits all scenario. I asked them to build me a setup to handle 500 HP at crank.

Bill told me my trans should handle 350hp with just the converter and valve body. I think I'm a little past that now.... I'm not sure if he meant HP at the crank or the rear wheels...
I'm trying to save a few bucks to get me a whole new trans built by TIMINVA right now. Man! It's not cheap if you want a bulletproof trans!!

Don't even start thinking about billet shafts if you want to keep the cost under $5k.

Mines got the billet input as I was told TC and VB combo would snap stock off.
Input only $700.00 and rear is $800.00

That I think only holds true if leaving the line hard in 4WD, they told me as long as I did not do this I would not need billet shafts, All I bought was the valve body and converter and valve body install kit.

Well, when I was pricing I wanted billet input, output, and intermediate shafts. I only want to go in the tranny once (hopefully).

The Billet input and output are for racing applications or towing with an exhaust brake and their smart controller.
No ATF+4 in DTT trannies, not needed. Some guys run Dexron 3, for even tighter feeling.
They even have billet accumulator/front servo and direct drum, to increase 3rd gear(forward) clutches to 6. Billet pistons are also available for the stock drums.

You can go crazy real fast with this stuff, but certain trucks will require the upgraded components, to insure they don't break.

But 20psi launches are no problem with the billet stuff.

And they are great people to work with to. I've been dealing with them for over 4 years now.

Guy's.... a few months ago I did my trans and all the talk was about how you had to use the ATF+4 in the 48re. I used Valvolines synthetic and it's all good so far. What's up with this +3 instead of +4. I need a tranny guru to explain/justify this one to me...

No shudder here. Good solid shifts at all points.
