Well finally did them yesterday.
To get an unbiased opinion, I put the Jr. on different settings and let the wife do the testing. Conclusions:

The 5" catback didn't seem to make much difference seeing as I had a muffler delete already. On any setup. FWIW.
This is a nice sounding system. Deep tone just a touch louder than stock.

However the intake accoding to the wife.
Smarty Stock setting w/ GDP felt like Smarty Econ tune w/stock intake horn.
Same w/ the Econ tune feeling similsr to the Perf.
Basically, with the GDP it made a lower setting feel like the next setting above.
Except for the 100 hp, which justs light the duals regardless.

The first thing she did notice with JUST the intake on stock was the quicker spool. MAYBE 2 psi boost loss , but I'm still hittin 36 no prob on perf tune.
Happy with that.
Bout 50* lower on EGTS. Round 600 cruising at 70.

Plus the black looks cool under there.

The wife is by no means any kind of diesel expert or whatever , I figured an innocent third party who has driven the truck thru different stages of mods would provide better input than my butt dyno.

 

Right on, now that is some unbiased testing! We saw the GDP do pretty much the same as the CFM+ on the dyno, and most of the gain was in the lower range. Pretty much what her butt dyno was reporting. Good stuff!
