There is practically no difference between any of these
systems, no matter whether they are advertised as the “pro”
version or the regular version. Time, speed, accuracy…with
the exception of the one probe that never did get up to
temperature, they all are remarkably similar and accurate. It
is how you view the mechanical installation and how you like
the color of the dial. Operationally there is not a whit of
difference between them.

Not really. There are some huge differences in the accuracy and response times.

Not close at all man. You can say there's no difference and that's your opinion, but the test clearly shows there is a huge difference in response times and some difference in accuracy.

Read the test closely and you'll see what I'm saying.
