That is a big gap. Are you looking for 500 or 600. There is a big difference in achieving that extra 100hp. They are both easily achieved, but that extra 100hp is probably going to cost you quite a bit more money.

I figured it might but theres lots of guys that run the smaller ones without cp3 upgrades. I plan on twin pumps and maybe some flux 2-2.5's myself. I just figured he could get away with it. Maybe not.

Well I know very well about new upgrades coming out right after you just got your last hot tip installed..

However what I'm looking for is something in the 5/6 hun hp that won't break something every time you stand on it.As in my little Neon that had a top speed of 190+ and my 81 Berlineta Camero that went air borne at close to 185 mph.Was in the process of showing a twin turbo built 300Z just how good some good old American iron would run.One thing I did not tell him was that I had a 358 RPE style engine in it.I have a need for speed and power.Like some hungry little kid in a candy store.

I just want some thing that will not break real easy.End of story.I know that when put under a certain stress conditions anything will break.I broke a 1 5/16 inch Strange Eng.D-60 axle in my offroad TJ Jeep. But it did have a Hesco stroker motor in it and a Tera 4 Lo.

What I said was I'm looking for something in the 500/600 HP range.Either figure does not make any difference. What ever it takes to be in that range and be reliable.I also said that the money part does not play a big part in reaching anything in that HP range.I just want some over 500 and under 600.How simple is that to figure out.I don't care whether it takes a P&P head, cam, injectors, fuel pumps,RR,intake, exhaust,Heckfire I'll even put on a Whipple to spool up a set of twins.
