Smarty on 9 & EZ on 2
I thought the EZ did boost fooling, but I'm getting a over boost code.

 

do you have a boost guage??

Yes I do, Im not seeing the boost I should.

 

what kind of numbers are you seeing, and where is your boost guage plumbed in at?

Sorry about that, I didnt look close enough at your sig,, lol Im not sure what is going on,,,, I just have to think that there isnt any boost fooling going on, that is the number that you would get as stock

I have hit 60 pounds with the TST.
The TST is out of the loop at this time.

 

I guess obviously the edge is not doing any boost fooling. I didnt know that before. I know that the juice is doing boost fooling. The cel is telling you that the twins are trying to put out more boost than the engine is ready for, so the engine gives a code

Is your EZ adjustable?

I know some cases there are modules that do not do boost fooling in the off position. If you tried to run it in the off position (EZ) just to see what the Smarty was doing then that might be the issue?

 

04.5 EZ doesn't do boost fooling....03-04 did with the elbow...but not 04.5+

I used to have an EZ....I sold it to my buddy on here (SPEEDSHIFT)...he runs Smarty, EZ, and a Quad Boost fooler with good results (except his clutch gave out)
