4" or 5" ID?

I'm sick of my Donaldson. I think I'm going to reinstall my cat and add a Hushpower....

I'm tired of the noise, and until I have major mods I don't see any harm in running the cat. Removing it made zero difference in my EGT's.

 

Its 4". I cleaned out the cat and am gonna run a piece of pipe straight through it. If I dont like it Ill put another cat back on. I was hoping it might lower the EGT's but it looks like JC done cleared that up.

 

do you think will that take the drone out of the cab????,I have got a MBRP Resonator and the MBRP Muffler and I am still gettin some drone in the cab,I likr the sound outside.....any suggestions of what else I should try??

 

Got the thing welded in. Gutted the cat and run a piece of 4" pipe through it and man this thing sure is a lot quieter. Its nearly as quiet as stock. I took it down to get the sticker put on it and there was another cummins sitting there in the other bay and you could hardly tell the difference at idle. Dont know about the drone yet, will have to load the trailer some time and find out.
