Wow that looks great. Where did you find the 6 inch elbow, and do you have any specs on the heat shield?

 

A friend ordered the 6" aluminum elbow for me and we welded a 5" piece on the bottom to go into the stock elbow. Had to cut pie shapes all the way around the 6" to get it rolled down to match up with the 5". I will find out the company if interested. A cardboard cut out I made is the only specs I have on the box. 18g for the sides and 22g for the bottom of the box. It was definatly a tight fit getting it in. $ Around $60 for elbow, scrap piece of 5", $15 sheet metal, S&B filter $35, $15 high temp paint and primer= About $125 and a little time.
