Well I finally tokk all the advice on this great site and bought a Smarty JR. Came in last week got home like a kid on christmas morning and opened the box and started install. Finished about 5 minutes later and then the test drive. Are you kidding. Performance mode! Every Cummins should come with one of these. This is the coolest thing I have ever bought. Holy crap my truck runs awesome now. I am driving a hot rod now!. UH oh now I've got the bug. 6 inch stack here we come. My truck was always great now its AWESOME. Thanks for all the advice on this site

I second i'm just getting the worst of it stacked the junior with the powerpuck...Transmission work is my christmas present, i cant wait...it all starts in a similar manner but than the addiction, well physical dependence begins and next thing you know all you can look at is different parts for your baby and im not talking kids..

 

Sounds like lots of fun . . . . I keep mulling the idea of a programmer. Maybe next year when the sun comes again . . . .

 

Man, it's all over for ya! I just started with a straight pipe a few years ago, now look at it! I can't stop!!!

 

Money is the only object to the performance of the truck. I got my Jr in August and refused to put it on perfomance just for that reason.. I kept it on SW 1 the eco lvl and I still leave quiet a few FERDS eating soot.

 

Just remember if you beat on any transmission that is stock you will eventually be putting some money into it. I started with a Jr also
