Is this worth the money ?? I have been looking at this and wondering if anyone else has tried it on a 24 valve to see if it really improves power, ect. Wondering how much HP increase this will actually give you on the motor.

 

I've noticed that the truck doesn't seem starved for fuel. Are you considering it for your 04.5 or a 2nd gen? Have you got the in-tank pump update? I can't speak for the power increase on the new update, but there are some guys on the forum that have the in-tank update and hopefully they'll chime in. Dieseljunkie? What'cha think about the in-tank update?

 

I had the FASS system installed on my 2004 305/555 motor.I went with the 150 gph and the larger pickup tube installed in the fuel tank.According to my autometer fuel pressure gauge I keep a constant 12-13 psi WOT.Before the Fass install fuel prssure was 10 psi at idle.As far as HP,there might be a slight increase,not sure.My fuel mileage has increased at least 1-2 mpg highway driving.coobie

 

I have the Quad race box. Even on the lowest setting I notice a substantial difference. I do have the Banks Intercooler and AFE II so these may factor as well. Oh my FASS is tank mounted. I LOVE IT.
