How is Fabtech ? Looking at the 4.5" for everyday driving.

 

It is great, get the "Dirt Logic" shocks with it, 2 years later and is in perfect condition. (rides better than stock)

 

is the rear lift 2.5" ?

 

I've run Fabtech lifts in the past, and they were ALL top notch!

I run the fabtech 6 in. Get the bilsteins tho. Big difference in ride quality.

 

How much is the dirt logic upgrade?

 

The lift is 4.5" is that 4.5 in the front and 2.5 in the rear? There site says 5" rear blocks and 4.5" front springs.

I love the ride of mine with the Dirt Logics..

I think they may have sent me the wrong blocks for the back though..

Sits a little low in the back...

I'm gonna get a set of springs made for the back anyway since I don't like Lift Blocks.

Edit - It looks as though Eddy's truck above has the same backwards rake to it as well... Hmmm... Maybe I ought to complain a little??

 

Great looking truck! I think the blocks that were put in your truck are the 1.5" ones that Eddy was talking about. Every truck I have seen with a Fabtech lift seems to sit a little lower in the back. Like you said, full springs are always better and would definately be the best option.

Wish I could have bought one that color.. but I got like the last 05 Left in the world when I bought mine... I thought I just HAD to have a brand new one.

But Yep.. Custom springs was my plan from the Get Go.. I wasn't gonna lift it till I got my springs done but I took one look at those Pretty Dirt Logics and called my mechanic for an appointment.. LOL.
