Where can I get a filter base to add a 2 micron filter inline with my Fass?

 

Found a universal spin on 2 mic from Glacier for $119.Seems reasonable.

 

Fleetguard filter head from a big truck dealer is between $12.00 and $20.00 and a 2 micron filter (i.e. Cat 1R-0749 or 1R-0750) are less than $10.00. By the time you add the required fittings your looking at less than $50.00.

 

here's a interesting article, it says to put a COURSER fillter on before the finer filtering filters so that they last longer-3 stage filtering.

yeah man, i was going to buy the GDP, but i went to Cummins here and got hooked up with mine for under 50 dollars. all fleetguard parts.

 

So your fass is both filters already and you want more?
