By the way sallyman. You don't have a level 6 w/ your '05 - or shouldn't. They only added the extra level on 06 trucks. You should still only have 5 levels, w/ level 5 now being the HOT setting.

mine has 6 levels. It had 5 levels when i got it but I sent it in for the HOT UNLOCK and Turbo Timer mod. I sent it right to edge. the hot mode adds 180 HP 440 Ft.Lbs.torque it says at sea level on stock truck. So if i put my edge on level 6 i must see atleat 400-420 HP at wheels or about 500 HP (flywheel )? right

are you concerned with a lift pump with your edge? i think i need one but i dont usually use the edge on anything higher than level 3, unless im just screwing around for short periods. i dont want to sacrafice the drivability of the truck with a loud, aftermarket lift pump.What would a pump do to your mileage? i get 16.5 at best. these guys on here that claim 18 and up must not really be using their truck like they were designed.

what do u mean not using them like designed? then they would get worse mpg. If i do fuel mileage here in canada should i be dividing my gallons by 3.98 or 4.54?
