excessive oil pressure?

excessive oil pressure?
I checked my oil pressure from the port on top of the oil filter<br>and it was 40 psi @ idle and about 65 psi @ speed.<br>this seems a bit high.<br>should I be concerned ???

I have not checked at that location, but those are the numbers I see on the factory guage.<br>By the way, does your sig indicate what I think it does? If so, way cool, thought I was going to get the call.<br>Ed
